Guide To Renting (Tenants)

Renting a property in London offers the greatest accommodation flexibility.

Renting a home is a great way to discover an area or be close to work without the financial commitment to buying. It is also an efficient method of trying the location out prior to purchasing. Specialising in modern, contemporary homes, London Residences can offer tenants anything from a chic studio apartment close to the city, to renting a substantial family residence.

Tenants are more protected than ever by a host of government legislation and guidelines. Today, rental properties in London offer exceptional standards of living as these have dramatically improved over the years.  As a result, we are seeing more and more people, including families, choosing long term tenancies over property purchase. We offer all our tenants comprehensive guides to the neighbourhood

they choose to live in, from the best restaurants and cafes in the area, to a list of schools or nurseries for relocating families, in so many ways London Residences is more than just an agent.

Rental values in London are advertised per week and then calculated as monthly (per calendar month) figures for the contract as most rents are payable monthly in advance.

(£ per week x 52 ÷ 12).

We are accredited members of The Property Ombudsmen scheme which means we follow a Code of Practice and Rules of Conduct. Renting from an accredited agent means you have a route to redress anything that might go wrong. We are also registered and are members of The Office of Fair Trading, and our staff are NAEA & ALRA qualified.
